Chemex pre-folded circle filters are 20–30% thicker than comparable filters, using a specialty fibre design that removes bitter elements, oils, and grounds while regulating the infusion rate for optimal extraction. The cone shape ensures uniform flavour extraction, producing a rich, full-bodied cup without bitterness. Pre-folded for convenience, they fit all Chemex coffeemakers except CM-1, CM-1C, and CM-1GH.
