The Pivot2024: The Culinary Integration
We realized the brew was only half the story. In 2024, 1DM made a serious pivot into high-end culinary craft. We struggled to make the kitchen match the precision of our roasting, eventually perfecting the art of food that doesn’t just complement coffee, but stands on its own as a destination experience.
Hyper-Growth2025: The Surge
Velocity. We opened 6 outlets back-to-back across Raipur and Bhilai, turning a vision into a regional powerhouse empire.
Total Control2026: The Roastery & Bakery
To control the soul, we had to control the source. In 2026, 1DM launched **Kruptos Coffee Roastery**. We now roast our own signature beans and bake artisanal breads daily, ensuring 100% quality control from green bean to final brew.
